　　Hello. This is the front desk. What can I do for you?

　　Hi. I’m calling from Room 209. I couldn’t find the TV Guide. Can you send me one, please?

　　Sure. Anything else?

　　Yes. There is one more thing.

　　Go ahead, please.

　　The mini bar door was open when I checked in. I didn’t use it. Could you send someone to check it out?

　　We’ll send someone right up. But don’t worry about that. Maybe the serviceperson forgot to do it.

　　Thanks.

　　您好。这是前台。我能为您做什么？

　　您好。我是209室的。我找不到收视指南了。能给我送一份吗？

　　当然。还有别的事吗？

　　是的。还有一件事。

　　请讲。

　　我入住的时候，房间里迷你酒吧的门是开着的。我并没有使用它。能让人来查一下吗？

　　我会马上让人去的。不过不必担心，也许是服务人员忘了关了。

　　Hi. This is a Receptionist Desk. How can I help you?

　　Yes. I just checked in, but I need to change my room.

　　What’s the problem?

　　I reserveda non-smoking room, but the smell of smoke in this room is so strong that I can’t endureit.

　　I’m sorry. I’ll arrange a non-smoking room for you right away. The doorman is going to help you with your luggage. I do apologizefor the inconvenience.

　　That’s ok. Thanks.

　　您好。这里是前台。有什么可以帮您的吗？

　　是的。我刚刚入住，但是我需要换房间。

　　出什么问题了吗？

　　我订的是禁烟房间，但是这间房的烟味太重了，我受不了。
