本期话题新题一件困难的事是事件类的话题。从小到大，我们这一生中所经历的困难想必数不胜数，例如大多数人都会经历的中考，高考，毕业答辩等等。还有生活很多从0到1的事情，比如学习做饭，考驾照也都是一件困难的事。
本道题的难度适中，抓住两个关键词“completed” and “difficult”，来进行展开描述就可以了。
题目
Describe a difficult thing you did?

1.What it was
第 一小问是介绍你认为困难的事情是什么。这里做一个整体性描述。
example：
Well, I have done many things in my life which I found difficult in the beginning, but then with practice, they became easy. For example,I want to talk about the tutoring job I did when I was a college student.
2.How you did/completed it
第二小问是对这件困难事情怎么完成的阐述。具体过程可以详细描述，可以对事情的起因，时间地点和人物进行描述。
example：
Since I did not have much knowledge about computer hardware at that time, it seemed very difficult to me to do this task on my own. But I still decided to go ahead and started reading a book on computer hardware and also started to watch computer assembly videos on youtube, which gave me a lot of confidence.
3.Why it was difficult
第三小问问的是为什么是困难的，可以说因为我从来没有做过，对我来说是一个巨大的挑战，所以是困难的。

The job was a daunting task because I had to read textbooks, go through study notes of high school before teaching a lesson. It took more time than I thought. Another challenge was the difficulty of making each lesson easy to understand and keep students interested. I wanted parents to know that my tutoring was worth their money.
4.And how you felt about doing it
最后一小问描述一下事情完成之后自己的内心收获。通过这件事情让我明白了什么，给我以后的生活带来了什么样的变化都是可以的。

A difficult thing l did was actually preparing for my driving test, which was required by my parents as they wanted me to get a driver's license before graduation.
Honestly, to complete this mission, l have suffered quite a lot during the process. First Il took an intensive driving course which required me to drive at least an hour per day during an entire sultry July. And, the thing was that there were way more trainees than what the training school could accept. So, this article is from Laokaoya website, l actually had to spend one more hour waiting for my turn to drive, which was unbearable. When the course ended, l was urged to take the road test, and failed as expected. lt was the second time that l passed the test.
l think the main reason why it was difficult was that the time for me to prepare for the test was so little. You know, during that one-hour training every day, l actually only had around 40 minutes to drive as our trainer also needed some rest between two sessions. Besides, l am a person who is not interested in driving, andl don’ t have a good sense of direction. So, there were many mistakes that were difficult to rectify.
Well, l felt like this was the hardest test that l’ ve ever taken in my life. You know, it was not something that l could handle just by my memory. l had to use deploy my body, thinking and everything to make it work. I hope l won’t take another test like this in the future.
中文思路
我做过的一件困难的事情就是准备考驾照。这个是我父母要求的。因为，他们希望我能够在毕业前拿到驾照。
老实讲，为了完成这个使命，我在准备的期间受了不少苦。首先，我报了一个驾校集训，要求我在闷热的七月每天至少开一个小时的车。但问题是，那个驾校收了太多的学员。所以，我不得不花了一个小时来等开车的机会，这有点受不了。当课程结束之后，我就被催促去参加路考了，结果如预料—样，失败了。我是在第二次的时候才通过了考试。
我认为这对我来说很难的主要原因就是，留给我准备考试的时间太少了。在每周一小时训练中，其实我只有四十分钟的开车时间。因为，我们的教练在两个课程之间也需要休息一下。除此之外，我是一个对开车不感兴趣的人。我也没有很好的方向感。所以，我有不少很难矫正的开车错误。
我觉得这是我人生中最难的一次考试。这不是那种我仅凭记忆力就能够搞定的事情。我得调用我的身体还有思维等去完成这件任务。我希望未来我不会再参加类似的考试了。
