　　雅思口语Part 2高频难点《糟糕购物》除了服务糟糕，还能说些啥？我一直强调事件类话题是你只要有时间就需要全部准备的一类话题，因为即便低频的事件类都会成为高概率的话题出现在你的考试中。这几天翻了下学生回忆的考试题目--《糟糕购物》就是其中之一。

　　Describe a problem you had while shopping online/in a store

　　You should say:

　　• When it happened

　　• What you bought

　　• What problem you had

　　• And how you felt about it

　　这道题的难点在于"如何抛弃第一思维的想法，给出不一样且简单的回答"。

　　就目前来看，多数同学的第一反应都是"糟糕的服务"。但说实话有的时候，你光讲服务还挺无聊的，同时也可能出现拓展较为局限的情况。既然如此，新航道南京雅思培训班老师给大家三个方向来具体思考此话题。

　　购物问题

　　●人与人

　　此处的人可以是Sales，也可以是Customers。

　　正是如此，你在某次购物中可能是和服务员产生了一点矛盾。比如：他们态度恶劣/他们不够专业/他们算错价格或拿错商品等;

　　也有可能你可能是和其他购物者之间产生了一些问题。比如：他们同要某一件物品/他可能插队等。

　　在顾客这一块，我也非常推荐大家结合疫情编故事。比如：之前杭州来福士母女的故事。她们虽检测成阳性，但依旧在商场肆无忌惮的逛街，最终导致商场封锁。

　　●人与物

　　若是你和物品间产生的问题，那可能就是你想要的东西没有/你找不到你想要的东西/你弄坏了店家的货品等。

　　●人与机器

　　此处的机器可以是商店里的结账机器，也可以是你自己的手机。

　　为此，状况可能出现在你要结账时，机器坏掉/机器算错账等;也可能是你的手机出现了死机的情况或者连不上网等。

　　明确这一点之后，我们就可以按每个小问来落实拓展细节。

　　PS：此次也给大家准备了三个小故事。

　　Example one：商场出现疫情，全体核酸检测到深夜

　　Example two: 顾客和店员产生纠纷并打起来，而我却被他们扔的东西误伤

　　Example three: 网购结账时付款老不成功

　　When it happened

　　事件类话题中的“When”基本都需要按“具体时间点”的拆分来为时间增加更多的内容细节，它包括“Year-Month-Date-Hour”

　　一般我们只需要选择2-3个时间点信息进行拓展即可，但必须从大往小进行阐述，比如：Year-Hour; Month-Date-Hour等。

　　阐述“Date”时，除了特殊日子，我们可以用“星期几/天气/早中晚”来对那一天进行描述;阐述“Hour”时，我们则可以用“before/while/after”来说明具体的时刻范围。

　　比如：上一次我去购物是差不多一个月前，那也是非常晴朗的周日下午。当我午睡醒来之后，我朋友让我跟她一起去购物。鉴于我没事情干，我便跟她一起去了家附近的商场。

　　Example one：

　　Well, it took place about a month ago. It was a sunny Sunday afternoon. I had just woken up from a cat nap 午睡 when my friend called me and asked me to go shopping with her. As I had nothing to do, I jumped at the chance 抓住机会 and set off immediately. The shop we went to is just down the road 不远处 from where we live, so it is always our first choice.

　　Example two：

　　Well, it took place about a year ago. I remember it was at the beginning of the summer holiday. My parents had arranged a family trip to Shanghai. I was so thrilled 兴奋 about the trip and even created a detailed itinerary 行程. One stop was a big shopping plaza in the city center. When we arrived, we rushed there immediately, as many people had posted about how incredible it was.

　　Example three：

　　Well, it took place about a couple of weeks ago. I clearly remember it was a normal Sunday morning. After having a small breakfast, I felt bored because I had nothing to do, so I decided to do some shopping online. I went onto the Taobao site, the biggest online shopping website in China and scrolled through 滚动 the pages.

　　What you bought

　　针对"What"类型问题，我们分三步来走：

　　Step one: 明确方向

　　此处需要给到的内容都和购买的东西有关，而你的选择可以是"衣食住行娱乐"中的任何。

　　Step two: 答题框架--按主次/时间线答题

　　按主次：主要买了什么，除此之外，还买了些什么;

　　按时间线：原本想买什么，后来买了什么。

　　Step three: 细节拓展(5W1H)

　　5W1H包括：when/where/who/why/what/how/how much/how long/how often

　　适合在此问拓展的有：

　　what (具体买什么)：我买了很多衣服，比如T-shirt还有一件冬天的jacket

　　where (哪家店铺购买)：我在新开的一家服装店里买了很多衣服

　　why (为什么要买)：我买了好多衣服，因为这几件都是我idol穿过的，我一直都想要

　　who (买给谁): 我给我妈妈买了几件衣服，正好可以作为生日礼物送她

　　how much(多少钱买的)：我买了好多衣服，正好折扣季，they are buy one, get one free (买一赠一)

　　how long(花多久买的)：我买了很多衣服，因为我是个非常indecisive(纠结)的人，所以光挑衣服就花了我好长时间。

　　最终三步结合在一起就可以是：

　　我买了好多衣服+what (T-shirt/ Jacket)+how much (buy one get one free); 除此之外，我还买了一束花+who (for my mum)+why (birthday gift)

　　Example one：

　　As I had almost run out of 花光 money, I didn’t buy a lot. Egged on 怂恿 by my friend, I bought a red dress which was on sale. Then we picked some treats like sweets and chocolate as we wanted to have a movie night with some delicious snacks.

　　Example two：

　　Since the outbreak of the pandemic 疫情爆发, I had barely been shopping so when we arrived at the plaza, I shopped like crazy. My father bought me a new iPhone, as my old one had seen better days 破旧. I picked a blue one with the largest amount of storage so I didn’t need to worry about it slowing down. I also bought myself many dresses, five shirts, three pairs of jeans and two pairs of AJ sneakers.

　　Example three：

　　Actually, I had no idea what I wanted to buy. The website recommended so many nicely decorated accessories, I couldn’t help myself. They were all relatively cheap and all had positive reviews. I also picked a gift for my older cousin whose birthday was around the corner. She is really into skin care products, so I bought a set of expensive creams from a well known brand which set me back 花了多少钱 over 2000 yuan, but it was worth the money, as she is very generous.

　　Example one：

　　商场出现疫情，全场封禁，所有人被要求做核酸。

　　It was all going well until It was time to pay. When we were waiting in line, all of a sudden, there was an announcement from the loudspeaker 广播 saying that a COVID case had been recorded in the mall so no one could leave until they had taken a test. It was absolute chaos 慌乱, people were losing their patience and complaining. We finally got to take a test after 4 hours, luckily we tested negative and finally got home around 3 am.

　　Example two：

　　商场工作人员和顾客有了争执，他们互相扔东西结果砸中了我。

　　The shopping experience was perfect. However, just as we were leaving, something unexpected happened. There was a lot of noise coming from somewhere. When I looked around, I saw a customer having an argument with a member of staff. They started off by shouting, then they started to throw things at each other. Then all of a sudden, something hit me on my head. I had no time to react before people came over to check I was ok. The manager came over and apologized to me and my family. They sent me to the hospital just to make sure I was ok.

　　2. 人与物

　　Example three：

　　网购付款时，支付页面出现问题。即便网路稳定，支付页面依旧打不开。

　　Everything went smoothly until I had to pay. Even though my internet was very stable, I couldn't open the payment page. I tried several times and even googled to see if anyone else had had the same problem. Actually, I couldn't find an answer, so I gave up. later that night, I tried again, and the payment went through fine and I was able to buy my items.

　　How you felt about the experience

　　至于你的感受，可以从positive/ negative或者no feeling来做进一步的说明。

　　Example one：

　　虽然很烦躁，但也被人们遵守国家防疫政策而感动。

　　I had mixed feelings about this experience. Even though it was annoying and everyone was complaining. I was also impressed by most people’s self-awareness 自知. They know our country has worked hard to maintain a zero policy in order to keep us safe, so we should learn to follow all the rules. While people were waiting, they helped each other and they were very grateful to the doctors who had to work all through the night to complete the tests.

　　Example two：

　　这是个糟糕的经历，我从来没有遇到过店员和顾客打起来这种事情。这也侧面反映了店员的不专业性。

　　It was a terrible experience and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The customer was rude but the staff member was also very unprofessional. I have never seen any staff members arguing before let alone fighting with customers. I won't go back to that store even though they gave me a voucher to apologise.

　　Example three：

　　已经习以为常，同时也让我感叹于科技的正反两面性。它可以是我们的朋友，给我们带来便利，同时它也存在很多的弊端影响我们的生活。

　　This wasn't the first time I had had trouble paying for something. Unfortunately technology is not always your friend and there are glitches 小故障. I have got used to it now and realise that patience is the key. If something doesn't work, it is best to take a break and try again later.
