1.商务建议
兴建大型工程或进行大宗商品买卖时，公布标准和条件，招人承包或承买，叫做招标(call for a bid)。承包人或承买人按要求出具价格，填具标单竞争，叫做投标。通常情况下，投标竞争都非常激烈，因此，把握机会是成功的步，比如，Our company is ready to participate in the above bid.（我们公司准备参加上述招标），用一句We'll do our best to win this award．（我们会全力以赴争取胜出的）来表明信心也是必不可少的。
