雅思口语考什么?南京新航道雅思口语老师有话说。南京新航道学校阮恩老师的雅思口语高频话题100例之Task 1 topic:
It seems a dull topic if you are asked to [Describe a school you went to (Part 2 Topic)]. Well, not necessarily. See how Ryan makes it livelier. By the way, you may need to add a bit of performance and dramatic demonstration when you are doing this task.
Well, the most memorable school I went to has to be the prep school I attended before my school age. I spent my early years of childhood at that school and the most impressive part, if my memory serves, is the lunch. It was probably the most beautiful thing that can remind me of my kindergarten years. Every morning, my mum used to drive me to the school, and sitting on the car, I would be murmuring the names of the dishes, like ‘Kong Pau Chicken’ and stuff. And for the entire morning, I simply couldn't concentrate on what the teachers say and I was always absent-minded, thinking of the time when lunch would be served. When the lunch finally came, me and other kids were always instructed to sit up straight and wait patently. That was real-life torture for me. I couldn't help chanting ‘the lunch is coming, the lunch is coming’. The punishment for my misbehavior was to wait until every other kid is served. But the lunch was great that I could hold grudge against my teachers. Even I was always the last kid who is served, I was always the first who finishes. I would eat up everything and sometimes even lip up the plates for the beautiful gravy. The lunch was too amazing for me to feel like eating my mum’s dinner. I was little so I relentlessly and recklessly criticizing my mum’s cooking at dinner, though my father was never happy about it. OK, so back to the school campus, it was small in size, because it was near the center of the city’s downtown area, and it could only accommodate a few hundreds of students and stuff. I don't remember other things, and I remember none of the teachers. I’ve never visited the school again, but I think I would, for the lunch.
