　　说到公司的正式员工，你还在用Formal 吗?

　　Formal 指的是正式的，规范的，官方的

　　比如：

　　A formal application 正式申请

　　A formal occasion 正式场合

　　A formal announcement 官方申明

　　其实公司的正式员工就是长期工作那一拨人，所以他们其实叫 permanent employees.

　　Permanent /'pɜːm(ə)nənt/

　　a. 员工终身的，长期的

　　例：Because of the excellent performance during probationary period, he became a permeant employee. 由于在试用期良好的表现他成为了公司的正式员工。

　　b. 永久的，长期的

　　例：Prolonged exposure to the sun can cause permanent skin damage.长时间暴晒会对皮肤造成永久性伤害。
